General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the sales of
products made on the website www.crisps.ch, operated by Knecht Entreprises SA, Rue des
Alpes 8C, 1020 Renens, Switzerland (hereinafter “CRISPS”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
By placing an order on our site, you unreservedly accept these GTC. We invite you to read
them carefully before making any purchase.
1. Purpose
These GTC define the conditions applicable to the online sale of CRISPS products,
particularly plantain banana chips and any other product offered in our shop.

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of the order.
Descriptions and visuals are provided for informational purposes and best reflect the reality of
the product.
CRISPS reserves the right to modify its range or the characteristics of the products at any
time.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), VAT included where applicable.
Delivery costs are added at the time of the order.
CRISPS may change its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the rate in force at
the time of the order.
5. Order
To place an order:
1. add the desired products to your cart;
2. follow the payment process;
3. confirm your order.
The validation of the order constitutes full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of:
– violation of the GTC;
– suspicion of fraud;
– incorrect information;
– impossibility to deliver the product.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
– credit cards
– debit cards
– Apple Pay / Google Pay
– TWINT
– other methods offered via Shopify Payments
Payment is due immediately upon order.
7. Delivery
We deliver in Switzerland and Europe (depending on Shopify configuration).
Delivery costs and times are indicated during the order.
CRISPS cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs
authorities.
In case of return due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipment costs are the
responsibility of the customer.
8. Claims and Returns
Given the food nature of our products:
no returns or exchanges are accepted for opened or consumable products.
Claims are accepted only if:
– the product is damaged upon receipt;
– the product delivered does not conform to the order.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos:

We will offer a refund, credit note, or reshipment depending on the situation.
No returns are accepted for:
– a customer order error;
– a change of mind;
– delivery delays beyond our control.
9. Availability
Products are offered subject to stock availability.
In case of out of stock after payment, we will contact you for:
– a replacement product;
– a refund;
– a credit note.
10. Liability
CRISPS cannot be held responsible for:
– indirect or immaterial damages;
– delays or problems caused by the carrier;
– interruptions or technical errors on the site;
– improper storage of products after delivery (exposure to heat, humidity, open packaging,
etc.);
– consumption of a product beyond its expiry date;
– allergies or reactions if ingredients have not been checked by the customer.
The customer must check the ingredients before consumption.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, packaging, mascots, design, etc.) are the
exclusive property of Knecht Entreprises SA.
Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without written agreement.
12. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data are detailed in our Privacy Policy, available
on our site.
13. Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to Swiss law.
In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the Canton of Vaud, subject to
mandatory legal rules.
